Responsibilities:

• We use Resy as our reservation platform. Experience with Resy is a necessity 
• Strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates
• Providing a warm welcome to all our guests
• Make guests feel comfortable while waiting at the front desk.
• Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism with each guest and employee
• Protect the privacy of our guests
• Ability to be resourceful, calm, and proactive when issues arise
• Professional correspondence via email, and phone calls both internally and with guest
