Key Responsibilities

• Invent and deploy manufacturing systems aimed at elevating productivity.
• Scrutinize production metrics to spotlight opportunities for boosting efficiency and quality.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to diagnose and address production setbacks.
• Perform time assessments and simulate processes to streamline operations.
• Create and uphold comprehensive manufacturing documentation, from work instructions to SOPs.
• Lead initiatives geared towards continual improvement by applying Lean and Six Sigma strategies.
• Guide and instruct production teams on new systems and best practice protocols.
• Adhere strictly to all safety and quality guidelines throughout manufacturing activities.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• At least 2 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing systems, equipment, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software and a range of engineering tools.
• Previous exposure to Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma approaches is an asset.
• Outstanding problem-solving talents and preemptive challenge management.
• Exceptional communications and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic settings and juggle multiple assignments effectively.
